Takoma Park Friends Meeting-Preparative gathered on 6/19/2022 by remote audio/video connection.
We heard and discussed queries from Baltimore Yearly Meeting Faith and Practice on Hone and Family.
Tricia Crocker, treasurer, presented the treasurer’s report for the period 12/1/2021 to 6/19/2022 (attached). We accepted the report.
We approved contributions to Quaker organizations, in the following amounts: Friends Committee on National Legislation $100, Friends Place $50, Friends General Conference $150, Friends Peace Teams $150, Right Sharing of World Resources $150.
We plan hold a first reading of contributions to community groups in our July meeting.
We heard and approved these minutes. We adjourned, to gather next on July 17, 2022, or at the call of the presiding clerk.
