Takoma Park Friends Meeting-Preparative gathered on 12/18/2022 in the library of the Presbyterian Church, following meeting for worship.
We heard and discussed queries from Baltimore Yearly Meeting Faith and Practice on the environment.
Tricia Crocker, treasurer, presented the treasurer’s report for the period 12/1/2022 to 12/18/2022 (attached). We accepted the report.
We approved the names for service for calendar year 2023 on second reading (attached).
We decided to work with Adelphi Friends Meeting in arranging a discussion on proposed changes to faith and practice.
We decided to hold the holiday gathering at 4:30 pm on Jan 8 in person, with attendees taking a covid rapid test in advance.
We heard and approved these minutes. We adjourned, to gather next on January 15, 2023, or at the call of the presiding clerk.
