We heard and discussed queries from Baltimore Yearly Meeting Faith and Practice on Outreach.
Tricia Crocker, treasurer, presented the treasurer’s report for the period 12/1/2023 to 8/18/2024 (attached). We accepted the report.
We considered the budget for the 2025 fiscal year on first reading.
We considered the nomination of Tricia Crocker to serve as Treasurer for the next year on first reading.
We approved Dave and Pam Lebeaux as second hour co-coordinators through the end of this year.
We heard and approved these minutes. We adjourned, to gather next on September 15, 2024, or at the call of the presiding clerk.
