Tricia Crocker, treasurer, handed out copies of a budget-year-to-date report (attached), dated as prepared for our originally scheduled meeting. Tricia noted that we’ve received 20.9% of budgeted donations 23.8% of the way through the budget year. Tricia has made the first of four planned quarterly payments to Adelphi of our share of the yearly meeting apportionment. We accepted the report.
Craig O’Brien noted that the clay pot holding the security card we use to enter the Dance Exchange is missing; arrangements have been made for the door to be open next week; Victor Thuronyi undertook to contact the owner of the home where the clay pot normally sits to learn what has happened.
Craig noted that no conclusion had been reached at our recent second hour on moving forward given the spiritual state of the meeting; Craig, as second hour coordinator, plans to continue consideration of the matter at our 3/18/2018 second hour.
Tricia reminded us that there is to be no second hour at the Dance Exchange on 4/29/2018; Tricia asked folks to be on the lookout for something that we can do that day elsewhere. Ellen Sarrett undertook to ask about events at the Takoma Park city library.
We heard, improved, and approved these minutes. We adjourned, to gather next on 3/25/2018 at the rise of meeting, or at the call of the presiding clerk.
